|benefit=With an hour's effort, you can craft a gate of sorts that provides one-way instantaneous teleportation to a single location within 100 miles. You must have studied the target location carefully (as per the ''[[Teleport (spell)|teleport]]'' spell) and the target location cannot be affected by ''[[dimensional lock]]'' or similar. The portal can be destroyed with minor intentional physical effort, but otherwise lasts indefinitely. This is a {{Bracket|Teleport}} and {{Bracket|Warp}} effect.
