Healing Potion
There's one item that persists across all universes in some form or another – a cheap and bitter brew that knocks some life back into you.

Benefit: With the sound of a cork and a quick toss of your head, you swallow the bitter brew. A cheap healing potion made from a variety of bizarre and otherwise useless ingredients, imbibing it causes you to heal 5 hit points per character level.
