Benefit: Three times per [Scene], as an immediate action, all opponents within a 100 ft radius are [Entangled] for one [Round] by chains of aether. A successful Fortitude save (DC 10 + 1⁄2 your level + your KOM) negates the [Entangled] condition. This is a supernatural ability.
